I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The spacious room was a great feature, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or needs. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location off the motorway made it easy to get to and explore the surrounding area.

The bedding was a bit hard. No clock in the room. The shower was very tight and slippery.

Very good. Staff generally, good, swimming pool nice. However the location, was a bit out of the way, even for local facilities, and reception did not give the best information. No map of the local area, they did book taxis however they did not communicate very well, when there was a change of driver. We also had to ask for taxi rates in advance. These should of been know and volunteered.

Coffee\Tea at breakfast was undrinkable, the water was so hard\thick. Even using your own tea bags it was far too oily???? I don't know why, a coffee from the bar was fine, or indeed a kettle boiled in room was fine.

The hotel is located in a nice area with good access to nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing great service. We enjoyed the breakfast, with fresh fruits and delicious pastries. The hotel also had a fitness center and a pool, which we found convenient.

The air conditioning was not working properly, causing discomfort during the night. The wifi signal was weak and unstable, making it difficult to stay connected.

Got a good price , and ideal for visiting family in nola

Very large and sunlighted room with big bathroom. Well equiped also.

Poor reception quality personnel. They(for their error) noted the booking for a previous day, so the evening we arrived (with a young baby) they told us we do not have a room to stay because "our reservation was for yesterday". Consultin the confirmation we had pinted they realized "the girl from the reception made an eror n their internal planning" but the situation is the same: we jave no room because the entire hotel is taken. Thanks God a manager was there and he solved the issue and gave us a butifull room; otherwise the reception guy kept telling us "where from should I give you the room if everything is booked?"

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is easy to get to off the motorway. the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very nice, providing a friendly and accommodating service. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including fresh fruit and bread. the hotel has a pool that guests can enjoy, depending on availability.

The hotel could benefit from some updates and renovations to improve the condition of the rooms and facilities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is easy to get to just off the motorway.
